Exchange and Return Policy
Exchanges (if applicable)
- Belts: If for some reason your belt does not fit and you need an exchange for a different size we are happy to meet you in the middle. Send the belt back to us and we will ship you another one free of charge once it's received. Please include with the belt your receipt indicating what size you would like to exchange your belt for and contact us requesting an exchange ***This policy does not apply to orders purchased outside the United States so double check the sizing chart!!!***
Defective of damaged products
- We are more than happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will pay for the shipping of the defective product to us and the replacement to you. If you have any questions please contact us.
Non-returnable items

Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet and you have waited at least five business days since the package was deliver to us, please contact us!
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it's defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it's for a defective product.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The cheapest way to send belts or wallets in the U.S is the USPS First Class Mail
